The International Claim Association (ICA) elected new Officers and Directors on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at its Annual Business Meeting. The meeting was held in conjunction with the group’s 2021 Annual Education Conference which had over 200 attendees representing life, accident, health/medical, disability, workers‘ compensation, and fraud claims professionals.
