Board Members
We are fortunate to have a deeply committed Board of Directors with a wide breadth and depth of experiences, representing all of the facets of our industry. These individuals are charged with leading the ICA and overseeing the various committees assigned to different facets of claims administration.
Consisting of the Officers of the Association, the immediate Past President, and seven members at large, this group meets regularly to discuss the action items for the organization. Both the officers and the members at large are elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting.
