108th Annual ICA Education Conference: Call for Presentation and Roundtable Discussion Proposals
The ICA Annual Conference Team and ICA Standing Committees are soliciting proposals for breakout session presentations and roundtable discussions for the 108th Annual Education Conference. The Conference will take place September 17-20, 2017 in San Diego, CA.
Sessions are scheduled on Monday, September 18 and Tuesday, September 19. Please plan to attend both days as the ICA is unable to guarantee that your session will be scheduled on a particular day.
The ICA will only accept submissions from committees, employees of member companies and individual members. Exhibitor/Sponsor presentations and sales pitches are not permitted.
We encourage collaboration and submissions that include multiple speakers/moderators.
Your submissions will be shared on an identified basis with Committee members.
Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 pm on January 17, 2017. Committee members will review all submissions by February 28, 2017. Submission authors will be notified of acceptance by March 15, 2017. The conference program will be available in the Spring.
Please note: In an effort to keep the registration fee low for all conference participants, due to the number of speakers involved in this meeting the ICA is unable to provide discounts or special accommodations to speakers and moderators.
Speakers and moderators are required to pay for their own travel and registration for the Conference.
